John arrived about 20 minutes before I was scheduled to leave. He greeted me at the door when I was ready and took my bags to the car. He had cold water waiting for me in the car. He was cordial and friendly. We chatted all the way to the airport. He is a careful driver, which hasn't always been the case when I've used taxis. The car was roomy and comfortable. There is a no smoking policy so there were no lingering odors in the car. That was refreshing. I arrived well ahead of my flight so there was no last minute rushing."
